1 pkg sweet Italian sausage
1 large garlic clove, pressed or minced
1 zucchini quartered
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 can diced tomatoes
12 cups chicken broth
1/2 box Ditalini pasta (or use one of your choice)
1 can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
Olive oil
Dried oregano
Salt

2. Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes and pasta. Bring to a boil and then simmer, covered for about 10 minutes. Add the cannellini beans and simmer on low until ready to serve.
